Define the issue. I see a cropped image, hard to tell what do you mean by this screenshot.

Sure, I would like the "Battle equipment" (for example turbo, gun rammer, vstab) to be aligned with the shell hud (ap, heat, he + consumable)

In this video, we can see that the "HP bar" pushes up the shell hud but not the equipment :

Or like in this picture, blue frame get up few pixel to red frame
