Gun and Torpedo size and caliber in MM and Inches

I would like to request this modification.  It used to be in the offical mod station, but it hasn't been there for about 6 months.  It would be a welcome addition to your mods now that I have started using yours.  It just makes sense to most English speakers to have both inches and metric.

It's in my modpack since the beginning, it's me who is maintaining this mod since few years since original author is gone.
