Adjustable Markers Question

Is there a way to save the setting I like for Adjustable Markers or will it reset every time I start WOWS?

It does that by default. If it doesn't, then perhaps your preferences.xml file is corrupted. In this case, you can try deleting or moving this file, and the game will create a new one. However, this action will reset all settings in both mods and the game.

Thanks Aslain.  You are referring to the preferences.xml in the top level World Of Warships folder, correct?  I see another in that folder as well called user_preferences.xml last updated in June.

Yes that one, the other one called user_ is not used for anything I guess.

I have run into something odd with 13.0.  The game stopped saving my preferences completely...or so I thought.  I am not sure what changed or whatever but I found that I have to run the game as an administrator to have preferences saved.  Also odd, several mods that stopped working in the past suddenly started working again when running the game as admin.  I have no idea why this would be as I have not changed ACLS or anything for my installation folder.
