Caracal1 Posted January 4 Share Posted January 4 Hello, The main map and mini-map on Operation 'Ultimate Frontier' do not match up. The main map and mini-map show islands and the 'Haven' in locations that are not accurate. It's not a problem when zoomed out, but it is a problem when zoomed in on a target and concentrating on taking that target out. Why does it do that only on 'Ultimate Frontier'? According to the mini-map, there is a ship on the island at D6 On the mini-map, you can see the Hipper in front of me is on an island at the border of E9/F9. The island should be in front of me on the main map, but it is not there. Red team ship is on island at F8 according to the mini-map. Mini-map indicates I am heading straight for an island at E10, but there is no island in front of me according to the main map. Red team ship on the island at F8 per the mini-map. Per the mini-map, my ship is on the island at D9. Per the main map there is no island. The island shown on the mini-map is actually to the starboard side of my ship. Mini-map also shows the Haven immediately South of the island at D6, but the Haven is actually located immediately North of the larger island at E6. Per the mini-map there is no island in front of me at D8. Per the main map I have run into an island. As previously mentioned, per the mini-map, the Haven is located at D6. The Haven is actually located immediately North of the larger island at E6. The actual Haven is right in front of me on the main map. I have entered the actual Haven at E6. No island immediately to my starboard side where mini-map indicates the Haven. My ship on an island at D6 per the mini-map. Green team ships on an island at D6 per the mini-map. So, I removed relevant maps from latest package for now. And I think I may have found something that might be relevant. There are two similar maps stored in the cliant data. (s06_Atoll and s06_Atoll_asym / lighter one is Atoll_asym, darker one is Atoll) It is possible that these maps have been mistaken. (for instance, #8 screen shot in above post, the island on C-D/8 doesn't exist in s06_Atoll_asym) Edited January 11 by fugetsu 1 Quote Link to comment

Aslain's WoWs ModPack may contain outdated files. So, overwright FTM with original / latest files and verify that, if you can. -Download latest / original "Fading Transparent Minimap MOD for WoWS" from below link. https://t.co/zOdZj1s89k -And overwrite FTM with it. -If this solves the problem, the cause is found.
