Should I update or reinstall?

Is anyone else experiencing extremely slow download speeds with this version? I have a 1 gigabit internet connection, usually clocking in at 775Mbps, but since updating to 1.20.xx, downloading the modpack has become painfully slow, maxing out at 34Kbps. Previously, it took no more than 2 minutes to download and install, but now it's closer to 45 minutes for the download alone, with installation still quick at around 1 minute. Also, I was using the reticle fix in version 1.19.xx. Should I update or reinstall this fix if it's missing from the res_mods folder?

Are you talking about downloading the modpack installer or mods via the installer?

 

What reticle fix you have in mind? All you need is in the modpack, you don't have to use any old mods or scripts or whatever this fix is 🙂
