How can i use the UI scaling mod inside the modpack?

Checked the UI scaling mod when getting the modpack, inside the game there is no option to change it on the mods tab. I might be blind but i dont see nothing. Selected Iyouxin preset and then checked the UI Scale btw! Sorry for the inconvenience.
