Enemy Ship Teir in Battle

I installed the lastest mod pack. However I no longer see enemy ship teirs over the enemy ships when looking thru the binoculars. How do I get this back? IS it no longer available?

Can you see in Aslain's response, he has a 'signature' with links? Click on the language link that is appropriate to you.
