Moe Lebwa disappearing first in game and then in garage

Hey, so I have seen a lot of people with this issue but they were able to find the little + around the screen somewhere. I have searched for it, hiding the map and everything possible but I just cant seem to find it. After some time it then even disapears in my garage. Has anyone got an idea on what i could do?

If you cannot find the + button, you can delete this mod settings find them in appdata for wot

Delete lebwa_config file while game is closed it should reset this mod.
