Warak Posted May 26 Posted May 26 Three other shell mods above it working fine. Maybe Im missing something? There were few updates for the pack since I began using it so I assume this specific mod is working, otherwise it would be removed, right? Description doesnt have anything like "turn on this" or "install this", doesnt looks like it depends on other mods. Checked game settings but did find anything related to tracers and shells, graphics on max plus as I said other mods work so doesnt looks like game is the issue here. After a rework of that effects by WG about 2 or 3 years ago you cannot expect that it will be very visible like it was before. Try different mods if this one is not as expected. Quote

Hm, well I guess I can live with it not being like preview, but its not even close to preview, I actually cant see any difference 😞 Quote

On my test AP and HE had different colors (slightly) and I saw yellow tracer sometimes too. 1 Quote

One modded, one default. Looks the same, cant even tell if its AP or HE. Rarely even use this fire mode. What I noticed is it looks like they simply change the model. One second you see shell as soon as it goes some distance from the camera it changes to a glowing thing. Still cant recreate anything even close to preview pic. What I wanted is to see it like on the preview when I normal fire, basically it wouldve looked like SW lasers, easy to see the color, but not too intrusive like other mods, last pic - its just too much stuff when few ships fire at the same target, especially if this target is a little destroyer :) Spoiler Edited May 26 by Warak Quote
