CN360 Server customs voices is not working properly

Game version is 13.5.1.0, Aslain mod installer is 13.5.1.03.

I am new to the game, so I didn't know it worked before or this issue has occured for some time. 

The problem is, I am using voices from Prinz Eugen from Azur Lane, as far as I know, some voice lines can be played properly, some not.

For example, match opening/ending voice lines is working, last 5 minutes count down is working, hitting the citadels sometimes working.

Some other voices lines like spotting an enemy ship, and all quick messages(like I need help, Negative, Go to XX Point etc.) are not being played. 

All the voice lines I mentioned above can be played normally when I am not using the mod(while still installed), I can even hot swith them during a game.

 

The Azur Land voice lines pack is the only one I installed about custom voices, at least from my own perpective, if not please tell me.

And I found out some of contents in the log file are displayed in chinese, if needed I can installed it again with english so the logs will be in english I guess?

Let me explain how versioning works in my modpack:

 

Aslains_WoWs_Modpack_Installer_v.13.5.1_03.exe

 

Means it's modpack dedicated for WoWs 13.5.1, and the modpack version is #03 for this particular game release.

As you can read above, this mod is not covering all sounds.
