Mod to change national flags

For me it would be good to have a mod to at least change the flags of Soviet Russia and 1933-1945 Germany, at least to remove the hammer and sickle. It would be nice to have alternatives, even if they aren't historically accurate.

I found the option to make all the Soviet flags into normal Russian naval flags and Nazi German flags into old German Empire flags, as well as those of the new Italian Navy, and I'm already very satisfied with that. Thank you for the tip.

By any chance is there also a way to swap the British flags with those of Scotland and/or Ireland or similar?
