Return of the "Return to port lock up" issue

Good day Aslain,

 

I'm referring to a previous issue I posted where, upon end of battle, my game locks up. I see a blurry screen, the standby anchor with the spinning wheel of eternal waiting taunts me. We previously said the issue was resolved when I removed all autospy mods. It has returned without autospy being in the picture.

 

I'm also getting the spinning wheel of eternal wait in-port, but infrequently. Where, upon returning to port, no ship, blurred port picture with the wheel.

I'm including the logs and the last game replay where this just happened. 

I have slightly reduced video demand in-game on the off chance that might be playing a factor. However, with my GeForce RTX 3050, I highly doubt that is an issue.

All hardware drivers have been confirmed. No conflicts found. 

Mods removed, reinstalled, clean wipe, reinstalled several times over since this began.

Current mod package installed, Aslains_WoWs_Modpack_Installer_v.13.6.1_00.

I found the suggestion about the steady weather mod. I turned that off and so far so good. I  even reinstalled the autospy miniteam panel and good to go. Will keep an eye on it and 411 this topic.

The issue with return to port lock up and missing ship in port seems to be caused by the steady weather mod. After removing it, I haven't had an issue since.
