Crew Sound Mods not working

Hi, I downloaded the Aslain modpack and I selected the Romanian crew sound mod. But in game the crew sounds are the originals from Wargaming, not the Romainian crew. I also tried to select user sounds in the sound tab in settings but it didnt work too. Could someone help me pls?

 the crew sound is working fine for me, while some special voices could sound normal in some cases (example chuck norris)
and indeed you need to select standard voice messages in battle (shown in pic)


could you attach logs?

here it will explain how to make/get logs in case it is needed
