Mods dont work anymore

Since last micropatch the mods dont work anymore. Or do I do something wrong ?

After seeing the banner I'm sure you understand now what is going on

 

Since the mod folder changed, the modpack needs to be updated to install into the new folders, and also some testing to make sure things don't break too badly
