A few mods request + translation (czech, german)

Hi Aslain,

I really love your work and I am using your modpack constantly.

I hope that you will be able to implement the mods you had to take out once they are updated to patch 0.9.9 (very important for me is the Hatsune Miku Hangar)

Here are some mods I would suggest to implement (tested on my own if they work on patch 0.9.9):

This manager allows you to decide on your own, what kind of pictures you want to have for your crew. A guide for it is inside of the mod.
To make it work on patch 0.9.9, just copy the content of the folder 0.9.1 to folder 0.9.9

Very helpfull manager if you are recording your replays. Withouth this manager, you have to always go to your replays folder and difficutly find your replays
Works perfectly. Unfortunately only in russian at the moment, but it is a very very helpfull mod.

Some nice replacement for the crew ranks. Works perfectly.

Helpfull mod for those, who cant get the maps just by the name.
Works, but only extract the folders gui and all the folders under it to 0.9.9 (do not extract bg_screens folder)

As the names says itselfs, its a programm that lets you inspect and compare tanks. It takes the actual tanks that you have in your WOT folder. Very very nice tool to learn the weaknesses of your own tank, or of the tanks of the enemy.
Just extract it in some folder and run the exe file.

I often just dont notice someone beeing tracked (or even me being tracked before I try to drive). This mod makes the tracks white when they go down. The tracks are also white when the vehicle is destroyed.

Penetration calculator (green tells you how much more penetration you have as the enemy armor, red tells you how much less penetration you have as the enemy armor).
Even though its just 8 kB, it works perfectly
