buggy install doing something wrong please help.

I have installed and uninstalled world of warships many times now and still receive the problem of not being able to play due to the loading screen popping up everytime I so much as move the ships guns, does anyone know how to correct this? I want to play the game again but this is really offputting to me as well as annoying me not to play. Any little bit of help would be nice thanks.

Loading indication while fighting in battle and moving ships guns? Sounds like issues with computer, hdd or something. 

 

Does it happens even if you uninstall the modpack? If yes, then I suggest to write a ticket to WG support.

Disable AVG and it works.

I removed AVG and I still get the flickering of the battleloading screen when playing....welp time to complain to WG

Have you changed the gui refresh at any point ?

I have and WG told me to take the post process off and now it still flickers just not the load screen just the opening scene of your ship before you move and the reticle looking like somone copy/pasted it everywhere you aim your crosshair.
