Damage panel with timer and HP bar at bottom?

Hope someone can point me in the right direction, since I've lost track with all the changes recently.

 

I'm looking to have a damage panel with the HP bar at the bottom center, and also show the countdown for how long it take to repair modules when knocked out.

 

Is that still an option in Aslain's mod pack?  Can you tell me which ones, cause I'm not finding it.
