SHA-256 hash correct for v9.13.12 ?

I have downloaded the latest mod pack from the listed links, however, I am unable to match the SHA-256 hash.

 

The listed hash is:

The hash I compute is:

Is the hash still being updated to reflect the latest release, or I am making a stupid mistake in verifying it?
