Maybe you're in platoon and want to watch your buddy, ride shotgun on him. Maybe you just want to watch somebody who appears to play a vehicle well. Used to be that I would left-click once, go to top vehicle, or, when platooning it would go to your 1st platoon-mate. left-click would then proceed, in order, through the vehicles (still alive) in the team. right-click would move through in reverse order. Some time ago the order of vehicle that you change to went nuts. LC once and you're on 3rd vehicle, LC again, 7th, LC again, 4th. and I'm STUFFED if I can see any 'order' to it. It doesn't seem to be 'rating' order, nor 'tank type', number of games... Is this a 'bug'? is this an 'issue'? Not sure I'd really describe it as such. Is it annoying as all getup? You betcha.
