Server population and ping in garage

G'day Aslain, and listeners,

 

Got another one for you that may or not be 'yours',

 

As you can see, my 3 digit ping (which is normal, playing from AU to NA) is partially covered by the 'server name' regarding 'users currently online'.

 

I don't actually need to be told 'US East' ping_time 'US East' online.

US East: ping   online

would do me fine.

 

In fact, in an earlier version of whatever provides this info, the info used to be provided in the manner I suggest.

 

and OK, _it's no big deal_

I can tell from the current display that my 'in-garage' ping is 23something to USE and 17something to USW, which is exactly as I expect.

 

Would it be nice if I could see the whole text, and not be told 'servername' twice? Yes please.

Edit: res_mods\configs\xvm\default\hangar.xc

 

Find:

 

    "onlineServers": {

 

Now the harder part, I'm not sure what to add in brackets for NA, so try this:

 

"ignoredServers": [NA1], (or "ignoredServers": [NA2], depending which server is EAST and which is WEST)

 

Once you are done, add the same after "pingServers": {

Not sure that you understood the question, but thanks, because you led me to the solution.

 

in the 'online servers' of C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\res_mods\configs\xvm\Aslain\hangar.xc section there is an option, "showServerName":

 

I changed it from true to false, to now get

(please compare to pic in original post)

 

name, ping, population

for both servers

 

rather than

name, ping(partially overwritten by), name, population
