Modpack installing/copying 700mb+ sound files

Hi

 

the modpack is installing/copying(because i dont know where hell they should come from otherwise) 700mb+ sound files when the estimated size says 28.9mb of disk space.

This is normal behaviour, it's for safety issues. You would not like it to be installed in res/audio/ possibly overwritting your original files, so if you don't like the mod, you would have to reinstall whole game.

 

In your case it is because of UT Announcer Pack gen.2

It's small price for safety issues :) Takes more time to install (since it has to copy a lot), but then you are fine if you remove mods you don't like :)
