Runtime error (at 154:83)

Trying to run the latest version of the installer (9.3.5) and I get a runtime error (see screenshot) 

Been using this mod package for a while and never had this issue before 9.3

I am running the installer as admin

The error appears right after the installer asks for the file location of the wot install folder as shown in the screenshot below.

Searched around the net a bit thinking the problem could be on my end. A few forum post answering somewhat similar runtime errors suggested to reinstall .net framework... which I did but it didn't fix the issue.
