Crosshair - no time reload

Since Aslain V.914.2 (of 3) i have at problem with all crosshair ...

 

The time reload disappeared ...

 

I had the same problem with version 9.13 -> never solved

 

Without MOD, that work correctly (i have reload time)

 

it is possible, to have the version 9.14.1 ???
