minimap: no tank icons dead/hidden tanks

I have troubles with the tank symbols on the mini map. Dead and re-hidden tank symbols do not show up, while the tank names are displayed. I first thought this might be an issue with the xvm font, but reinstalling that didn't help either. Problem persists since 9.14

Remove XVM font from the system. If you dont know how, google it.
