WoT Fails To Start If HTTP Request Times Out

So WoT wont start and I found the following lines in the python log:

I wonder if they are related of having the Aislan Mod version checking feature enabled.
I am going to install the mods again without that option and see if the game starts.

So I re-installed the mod pack without the Aislan Version check option and it works.

So I guess the checkVersion method needs to handle the exception when the Http request times out

Something (antivir?) is blocking that mod, and it's blocking whole game from loading for you. It's checking for version on pastebin.com (maybe add it to exception).
