Hakabases Contour Icons - Nation and Historical are the same

Hi Aslain!

Both countour icon sets from Hakabase show Swastikas on the German flag.

ContourIcons_hakabase_historical_5150_1.7z
ContourIcons_hakabase_nation_5150_1.7z

Only the standard contour icons are correct.

Fixed, clean up DLC folder and redownload mods.
