Game won't exit

Seems I have a unique problem.

 

Game without mods exits to desktop no problem. With pack installed it just hangs on a black screen when exiting - cannot tab, cannot go to task manager, have to do a manual PC restart.

 

Not game breaking just annoying. Works fine if I go Window borderless but prefer full screen.

 

Any advice much appreciated.
