Zoom control when aiming

When in battle I loose my zoom in/out for sighting a target with mouse wheel

but if i go to settings and just click the ok button & go back to battle it works again

only been since 9.17 installed

From what I was told ASIA is not on 9.17.0.1, you cannot use latest installers, try old installer (very buggy one but you have no choice)
