9.17.1_06 - Aesthete hitzone skins not loading

I installed the Hitzone zones by Aethete, and they aren't showing in-game.  I run a plethora of Tier 3-6 tanks, and none of them showed the skin.  This skin was not working for me in previous versions of the mod either.  I usually use goharu's skin, but that hasn't been brought up to 9.17.1 yet, I guess.

 

I've attached my logs.  Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong.

Maybe I have a installation bug somewhere, still looking at it...

Could not reproduce, maybe your file was not downloaded correctly, re-run the installer with clean up dlc, to redownload the files again.

 

Do you have a hitzones menu in garage? Like on this example picture:

This mod is from 3rd party modpack and have some protection built in, when it detects that the rest of its modpack is missing then it's not running. Happens to me too, sometimes it work, and another time it's refusing :/ When it's not loading, then only way to fix it is reinstallation, otherwise it will not run anymore.
