Possible issues with 2 mods

Cannot see camo on any ship (guessing ship skins is overriding them, even though they aren't skinned)

 

Torp warning sound doesn't play

Camo problem due this mods:

 

         Group 1
            Pravda Team
               Xandier’s Kancolle Skin Pack 2
               RWBY Skin Collection (6 USN ship skins) 

 

Don't use them if you don't like the effect. There is no other option. Many skin mods has this issue, they are rarely updated, they used to work fine with ships included in them but other ships always has camo issues.

 

As for sounds I need to check it further.
