Personal File Hanging

Greetings,

 

Using mod pack 4.0.9, when I load personal file it gets stuck "updating" with the spinning WOT gear icon.  The game is stuck waiting for the update.  The program is running fine, just cannot do anything until the "update" is finished...which never comes.

Clean install fixed it.
