Cant see friends list unless loaded in safe mode with last patch

I just downloaded the newest patch today and I can no longer see any one in my friends list.  It just shows it is loading.  I started the game in safe mode and the list is show as before.

 

I attached a photo with the mod and in safe mode  and also the python file. Last update I did not have this issue.  Thank you for you time in this issue

It just started working again when i re started the game after the 3rd try.. So Im all set it seems  thks sir for all ur wok with the mods

Looked more like a connection issues, maybe a temporary problem, well it works now.
