Team HP panel

I recently started using this team HP panel (from the RU server), rather than Locastans and I really like it. It doesn't seem to have an adverse effect on FPS, either. Just thought I'd bring it to your attention and see if it's something you might consider adding to the modpack. It works well with the latest version of your modpack.
