Yup, don't use damage panel for now. It's the other mod affecting damage panel, trying to find out which one.

 

Probably outdated contour icons. Yes, don't install outdated icons.

same for me.....i am using wizards icons..i will wait for upddate, but for sure, you can see logs

Logs are not needed, it's known problem, simply don't install outdated icons and you are good. Or wait for one day when wizard updates them.

I switched off (outdated) contour Icons and it is back to normal

Hi, im new to this and I have the same problem, I have no idea how don't install outdated iccons to solve temporaly the error, can you guys explanit it? thanks! (sorry for my bad english)

Launch the modpack and simply select different contour icons, or don't install them at all.

 

Guessing you're using non-English version of modpack, where icons are not tagged properly, so it's harder to figure out what is outdated and what is not.
