Crosshair inner circle (sword of damocles arty overlay)

Hello,

 

I'm not sure which mod accounted for it in the previous modpacks before 9.4, but in arty view, there was a blue 4-pronged circle within the standard arty circle / oval. This is no longer present in the current modpack.

It's the same crosshair, maybe they (russian authors) changed something. 

 

Besides I would like to see what is missing on screenshot, like a pic with before and after. 

 

Cannot promise anything, I rather doubt I will touch it, since it's not my job, but theirs :)
