having issues seeing some of my downloads

I tried downloading some of the segments.  I don't see the hud, motion dots, or the smoke time.  when I was downloading I received an error 183 code for each of these files and it would not download a desktop icon.  I downloaded other segments and those came out fine

Error 183 is a local problem, it's super rare too. Search forums for this error and maybe you find some solutions. Involes file permissions, user rights etc.
