Loaded just fine with your mod setup, to the port and then to battle. There was similar problem in the past when someone installed skind for Japanese DD's try without them and let me know.

A mod that would disable the web links in the garage without changing the garage appearance like the portal that sends you to website every time you check your battle results. Edit...I would settle on just a way to remove them from the files,if I knew where to look.
