You also have certain mods I suggested to remove, try it. Additionaly there are probably some errors regarding enemy indicator, but I'm not 100% sure, sometimes the mod that is causing real problems throws no errors, and then in python we see errors from the other mods, but they aren't the problem, they are more like a victims ;)1 point

With the show dead ships box checked instead of getting just an outline of the dead ship where it sunk the name is also displaying and is coloured (sure it used to be just the outline only), making it difficult to see whether it is a live or dead ship if the map is cluttered.
