Installed same mods from your logs and everything is working fine. I see no errors in logs too, so I don't know what is going on there, maybe you launch the game from different location or something like av is messing up with you.1 point

I agree. My first approach was with LOADINF tool. Then when I investigated that installer it's more convinient for me to use registry. Maybe for other tankers it'll also be useful. Actually, many people use regedit.1 point
