Noticed it too, are you installing region changer? It's probaby caused by this.

Typical. After micropatch #32 wont be compatible with asia again. Use #31 for now.

It's too general question, especialy when you don't provide my logs. However everyone has different hardware so hard to tell precisely why.

Alternatively get new modpack, #32, it suppose to work on ASIA now.

Nie musisz czyscic folderu DLC bez powodu, zalecane jest to tylko jesli mod z DLC zle sie pobral (tak ze nie da sie go rozpakowac) w innym wypadku nie ma sensu, chyba ze sam napisze w dzienniku zmian aby to zrobic. Jesli cos jest aktualizowane to takze zmieniam nazwe pliku i wtedy dociaga na nowo. Nigdy nie jest tak ze zawsze sie pobiera na nowo.
