At what point do you get them? In battle, after battle, in garage, in what battle types? While doing something special? etc.

There are also different routes to different network hubs and servers all depending where you live and what ISP is being used. it's possible that the particular one used by your ISP and the DLC server is not doing well together. I can download 5GB from one place with no issues, but then I want to try something from Taiwan or JP and it gets problematic.

Not possible currently, you maybe saw something like this in QuickBaby's videos/website, but it's not a mod.

I was checking but the mod is not updated for quite some time, and it's probably time to remove this from the modpack soon.

Ok, I played few battles with your mod setup, didnt notice problems. I tried with and without mods, and floating damage is always showing up at the same spot. Can you show me that particular problem on picture?

Nothing wrong in these logs. I installed same mods like you, no errors, everything is fine.

Bad connection between you and the DLC server, lost packets, file gets corrupted and is unusable by the installer. Usually happens to users from Asia region.

I suspect the Improved Chat mod is doing chat problems, try uninstall it. Not sure what do you mean by detailed hitlog, I would have to see it on a pic. Loaded same mods as you and yeah, it's improved chat slightly bugged.

Try manual download and insert it into the DLC folder, re-launch the installer.
