ok, after checking: Focus Mod works, but announces the request only if there is direct los to target. You would have to ask the author if this is intended, I dont know, I dont use this mod. It seem that WG is using same file name for both tanks, this is why you see same tank name on the Knight, probably because it's just painted Cromwell. Icons are generated autormaticaly based on WG info encoded in client, I doubt I can do it what you ask for without manual editing of image file which is a no currently.
