Display HP Bars on sides of panel always visible with (Under LALT) option set

There is an installer bug.   Logs attached.

 

The HP bars on sides of panel has 5 options the top two have (under LALT) or (always visible).

I set it for the LALT version, but it is always visible. 

The installer preview shows LALT and always visible as same thing too.

 

It has been like this for last several updates.

If the preview wasn't the same, you wouldn't be able to see a preview of the HP bars, lol... preview of L.ALT option, you'd want to NOT show the bars or what?

 

Anyways, you have two things selected;

                  Display HP bars
                     HP bars: on the sides of panel (under L.ALT)
and

Battle Observer:

               Player's panel
                  Display HP bars.

 

So you're always seeing HP bars.

The picture used to show it transparent over top vs the bars fully visible.

 

I see the option. But it's odd this just started recently.

Might have started somewhere around when Battle Observer lost and later regained it's sub-options.

 

That sounds like a different HP bar option, pretty sure the XVM one has always been the same, just one is always shown, the other shows just when pressing ALT.
