Why can't I choose Ship Name Romanization and Gun Calibers in Inches at the same time?

Basically title. Are those mods really made not to be used together? Would be great if the radio button will be replaced as check box on the installer so we can choose both of them.

Both mods are using same files, so when used together one will stop to work.
