shows stats my damage to and from ships

a few versions  ago i was using a option that showed the damage i did to ships showed ship name and type bb dd etc and the same for who hit me. can u tell me what this was called and if it is still there?

It was just re-added, same name I think, Detailed Damage Meter

After the ;latest update it doesn't work. It is in the list but clicking to add it has no effect.
