error when downloading

I downloaded mods for WOWS and thi message poped up after completing the installation. I even had many crashes of my game while having the mods in the game and when i uninstalled them i played with no crashes. Any assistance would be helpful

Looks like a local issue, probably anti virus that is being weird about it
