The first one is available in majorrenegade mod (in aslain's pack) but the second one seems to be forbiden. He ask people to send him a message on the NA forum to have a download link but i can't do it . Quote

If possible to use the reich flag , if you cant include it on your mod at least it would be good if i can get an actual updated download link. Quote
