Which is this dmg done/recieved MOD and can i stop it?

I am trying different dmg mods and I can't seem to disable this mod in the attached file, can you help me to identify and disable it? (I don't have any other mods then Aslain's pack).

That's not a mod. That's World of Tanks own log. Open WoT settings. Battle Notifications. Log. Change things.
