Download Error: skins_UAN_Shoukaku_white_10.3.0.7z

When installing the mods, the setup runs into a download error while trying to download "skins_UAN_Shoukaku_white_10.3.0.7z".

If this has been reported already, I'm sorry. Didn't find a post about this.
