Crew Sound Pack of my voice and lines, Is it possible to make?

Hey,

 

Is it possible to make a crew sound pack with my own voice? It would be just for me but would love to have that in my game tough. how can I make such pack or mod, which programs do i need to use , can you help me please? If you can help me make the sound pack it would be great, if you dont no big problems, i appreciate 🙂

There is not too many tutorials, at least those in English language.
